The TME offer now includes 70000 series food-grade brass pneumatic fittings. They are certified according to the NSF 169 standard, i.e. they have been approved for operation in food industry automation. Their primary applications include various types of dispensers, coffee machines and similar equipment that dispenses beverages and liquid food, they can be also applied in the dairy industry. Their design allows for easy and quick installation.
Products by AIGNEP are designed to work with hoses with diameters from 4mm to 12mm. Threads are made in metric and imperial standards (according to the commonly used BSPP standard). Thanks to their nickel-plated brass coating, they offer good corrosion resistance and can be used in harsh environments. All fittings are silicone-free, their seals are made of Viton, i.e. fluorocarbon rubber developed by DuPont. This material is an excellent sealant, resistant to thermal and chemical agents, has self-lubricating properties and, thanks to the use of fluorine vulcanizates, is completely non-flammable. In the case of the 70000 series fittings, Viton seals make it possible to use these products also in vacuum systems.
70020-6-1/4 and 70230-6 push-in fittings
